REFERRAL PROGRAM
We are offering a referral fee to anyone who refers a new client and signs a lease with us.

What do you need to do?
Just fill our the form below, we will call you to confirm your referral and we will take care of the rest.  It is that easy!  The more
referrals you recommend to us, the better your chances of receiving additional referral fees!

How much is the Referral Fee?
$200.00 - for each new referral with a one-year lease.
Dinner for Two at the Cheesecake Factory at The Americana - for each new referral with a six-month lease.

What are the conditions to qualify for the Referral Fee?
Your referral simply needs to:
   1) Sign a lease with 100 N. Brand LLC
   2) Pay all required move-in fees.
   3) Move into the leased premises

When will I receive the Referral Fee?
Once your referral has met the above conditions, we will mail the referral fee to you!

We respect your privacy and that of your referrals.  We will not use your information or theirs for any purpose other than finding out if
Brand Executive Suites can be of service to your referrals.
