OVERVIEW: The 100
North Brand Building was built in 1923, and was the first six-story building
in Glendale and instantly became a classic. Since then, this building has deservedly
received an historical landmark Award (history includes photos of 1920's Brand Boulevard).
This is a testament to the grandeur of 1920's Brand
Boulevard. Wood, brass and marble moldings complement the building's
interior, while the building's exterior is one of the most elegant of its
kind. The building's architectural style is classic, and the interior
